Getting Started
- I require $250 to begin your
site. This is applied to the balance of your web site. Before I begin working on your site,
I need to receive your first installment. You can do this
by going to my Web
Set Page. You will need to add pages to your web site.

Payments
- I prefer
paypal
payments. I also accept personal checks and Money orders.
Payments are an agreement between you an me. They are non refundable.
Sending your money, you are agreeing to all of my terms
Adding
Pages
-
I charge $50 per page The balance is required just before I
publish it to the web. If you add more pages then you
anticipated, You will still be required to pay that amount, if I have already
completed the work. See "Down Sizing" for further information.
Content
-
You are required to supply me with your web site content. I can only work
as fast as you supply me with material. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE
content from another web site. This is plagiarism, it is illegal, and it
makes us both look bad! DON'T DO IT!
Time Frame
- I would ideally like to finish your web site in a few short weeks. I
will have a concept in front of you within 48 hours of your initial web set
payment. I can only work as fast as you get me your content. I am a work from home mother of 2. There are days when I simply can
not work on your site because I have children under foot. A finish date is
not expressed or implied. Please contact me if there are concerns
regarding time constraints!
Refunds

Sorry refunds are not an option. I put many hours into my work and I
cannot refund my time or hours away from my family. When sending a deposit
or payment you agree to have me start work. I can't refund any money sent.
Down Sizing
-
If you go over board on your
web site, and your final balance is a bit of a surprise, email me for options.
I can not Down Size your site AFTER pages have been completed.
Again, I cannot regain my time or hours away from my family.
Publishing
-
I am responsible for publishing your web site to the WWW. You will need to
supply me the necessary usernames and passwords to do so. I can not
publish your web site until final payment has been received. See Payments
Above.
Completion - I give you 10 days after your web site is published to make any and all
necessary tweaks to your web site that you may want to change, at no hidden fee.
Additional pages may still be added for $50 each.
Making Changes
- If you wish to make a change to a page that has already been created, I charge
$20 per hour (one hour min), to make the necessary changes to your site. If it
is a Quick Change I charge an additional $15 to complete it quickly. Adding a
page is not considered a change, and you will still be charged the $50 per page
fee.
Scheduling Changes
- To schedule a change to your web site, simply send payment with a description
as to the changes that must be made to your web site. Changes to your web
site will no longer be done BEFORE payment has been received.
Resume Fees
- If you are moved from my Current Projects list to my Inactive Projects list, I charge a $100
resume work fee.
This fee will be added at no notice to you. It must be received before work
resumes. The fee does not go toward your final balance.
